Within 5 days of your purchase you will receive an anticipated delivery date, if this date is not convenient please contact us and we will try and arrange a more appropriate time. In keeping with our customer service policy, our delivery department will phone you the day before the agreed delivery date to provide you with a four-hour delivery window so that you only have to stay in or take the minimum amount of time off work. Our delivery driver will also try to phone you approximately an hour away from delivery. If we are unable to contact you after three attempts by phone, we will write to you. We shall not be responsible for delays if we are unable to contact you, so please ensure that at least two contact numbers are provided at the time you place your order. Delivery Charges West Yorkshire: £20, or orders over £500 – FREE Delivery Times Delivery is normally 1-4 weeks but some items can take up to 12 weeks. Deliveries can be executed totally or in several parts depending on the availability of the goods. Delivery dates are not guaranteed but we will do our utmost to ensure goods are delivered within the stated date or soon afterwards. We shall not be responsible for delays or failures in delivery caused because we cannot gain access to the delivery address on the agreed date or because of other circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Important Delivery Information If you are unavailable or unwilling to take delivery of your furniture order on two occasions after having agreed delivery dates, we will start to charge you storage costs of £100 per full week in respect of the undelivered furniture products from the date of the second failed delivery attempt. An adult must be available at the address to check the products, sign and If no one is available to accept delivery at the delivery address, we shall keep your products and contact you to rearrange delivery, unless other prior arrangements have been made. We charge 100% redelivery charge for all items.
